You can relax at the counter, and the lively atmosphere is pleasant. The boiled dish served as an appetizer is fluffy and makes you feel happy from the start. The grilled chicken tail and yellowtail collar are also fragrant, and you can't help but keep eating. The sashimi and nigiri are all fresh, and the rice made with a blend of red vinegar and rice vinegar enhances the toppings. I was particularly impressed by the seared bluefin tuna and golden eye snapper, as well as the horse mackerel, Spanish mackerel, and toro-taku roll. It's popular with overseas visitors, English is spoken, and the friendly chef is kind and reassuring.
