The underground store has a calm atmosphere, and the moment I opened the heavy door, I felt excited. There are table seats and raised areas, allowing for a comfortable and relaxed seating experience. The signature dish, charcoal-grilled chicken, was fragrant, and I could really feel the unique elasticity of the local chicken. The chicken nanban was generously topped with tartar sauce, and the balance of the sweet and sour sauce was mild, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. I could enjoy as much rice, raw egg, and seaweed as I wanted, allowing me to create my own perfect combination and feel full. The chicken broth soup served after the meal was rich and deep, and I was completely satisfied as I enjoyed the local chicken until the end.
