The sashimi platter of local chicken, chicken skin with ponzu sauce, and potato salad are all well-prepared, with the moistness of the chicken breast being particularly impressive. The special sour drink with plenty of lemon has a refreshing aroma, and its moderate sweetness pairs well with the grilled chicken.
