The thickly sliced beef tongue was very tender and unforgettable in its deliciousness. There is a rich lineup of offal such as hormone, guts, and kobukuro, all seasoned in a way that makes them easy to eat even for those who are not fond of them. The rice is also very tasty and pairs perfectly with the meat. The tail soup, cold noodles, edamame peperoncino, and shrimp can all be enjoyed with their shells, and each dish is satisfying. There are partitioned seats and raised areas, allowing for a relaxed and comfortable experience. The staff's attentiveness is pleasant, and since it often gets crowded, it's reassuring to confirm by phone in advance.

Upon entering the restaurant, I feel a sense of calm in the traditional and serene atmosphere. The thickly sliced tongue is surprisingly tender, beautifully grilled, and very satisfying. The loin has a fine marbling that is beautiful, with a light fat that leaves a refreshing aftertaste. There is a wide variety of offal, and even those who usually dislike it find it easy to eat. The rice and vegetables are also carefully prepared, with their sweetness and aroma coming through strongly. The attentive service is thorough, and the seating is semi-private, allowing for a relaxed experience.
