The interior is cozy, clean, and has a calming atmosphere. The master chef, who has a craftsman's spirit, is quiet, but when you talk to him, he responds gently, which is reassuring. The salad served at lunch has crisp greens, and it lifts your spirits from the very first plate. The sushi comes with seven pieces and rolls, and the way the rice is shaped is exquisite and satisfying. Each piece of fish is fresh, and the sweetness of the sweet shrimp and the flavor of the scallops were particularly impressive. Even the miso soup with mitsuba and tofu has a carefully prepared broth that is fragrant, allowing me to put down my chopsticks with a happy feeling until the very end.

The salad served at lunch, mainly consisting of leafy greens, is refreshing and made me happy from the very first dish. The nigiri includes seven pieces such as salmon, sea bream, and tuna, and each topping is fresh and satisfying. The fluffy rice is slightly larger, providing a good bite, and it pairs well with the toppings. The finishing touch of the mitsuba and tofu miso soup has a strong dashi flavor, making it enjoyable until the very end.
