I want to go there every month! Happy hour with elaborate food and drinks! When I saw a post from someone I follow on Instagram "I want to go there! and made a reservation right away. The restaurant is located at the end of a narrow alley It's a hidden place. I decided on the 5,000 yen course. We toasted with a glass of Amber Ebisu. The first thing that came out was an ice cream monaka. I was like, "What? I was like, "What?" but it really hit the spot for me. Inside the small monaka with the store's logo were blue cheese and figs. Even I, a hypersensitive person, was so impressed that I forgot how cold it was. I was so excited from the very beginning. Next was the chawanmushi. The bright pink color on the top is grated red turnip. Careful cooking. The sashimi is yellowtail. Tosa vinegared sauce is poured over the fatty yellowtail, and it is a perfect match for the yellowtail! The bowl of soup has an elegant aroma of yuzu citrus. The broth is soothing to a tired mind and body. The vegetables and yellowtail are well seasoned with the taste of the ingredients themselves. I had never had bonito tempura before! The meat was moist and the batter was crispy. It was served with salt. It was also very tasty. Strawberries and mascarpone wrapped in prosciutto ham The appearance is too seductive. I think I probably had the happiest face in the world when I put this in my mouth. I bet it goes well with wine! Anko (red kidney beans) and pickles wrapped in lettuce. This was so delicious that I lost my vocabulary. The rich taste of the monkfish liver, the crispiness of the Nara pickles, and the unique aroma, The crispiness of the lettuce is still there, and there are so many things I want to tell you about it, but it is just delicious. The next day, my friend and I talked about how much we wanted to try it. At this point, we were offered a choice of sake that was highly recommended. Shichibon-Yari from Shiga. They also offer sake and food pairings. Duck, hijiki and gorgonzola grilled rice balls (?). Beautiful balsamic sauce! They served it right in front of us. It was so much fun to watch the art being created so quickly and efficiently. The duck was surprisingly juicy and the meat tasted great! The rice was served risotto style with a strong cheese flavor! The rice is seared to give it a savory flavor! On this day, we also had Amber Ebisu, sake, and shochu (Sato black and white). Good rice makes sake go further! Dessert was ice cream topped with My favorite black beans. There was also a sweetened konjak, which gave the dish a delightful texture. The course menu changes daily, so I am looking forward to seeing dishes I have not yet encountered. It was a wonderful time where all we could say was "delicious" and "mmmmmm (happiness)". This time, I invited my parents from my parents' home. It was raining unfortunately, and I was actually quite full after having eaten a few hours ago. I got the time schedule wrong! But I can still eat the food because it's basically delicious. It wasn't the season for figs, so they switched to strawberries, but I guess figs are better!
