The young chefs are courteous and attentive, and the food tastes perfect. We especially chose the suppon course, but the shrimp in jelly and grilled hamo were also excellent, and everything had a five-star flavor. The chef, Mr. Kandagawa, is affable and communicative with his guests, and his attention to detail is evident in the handmade presentation. The variety of dishes offered is so great that we could not finish all of them, but we were very satisfied to receive handmade kamaboko and eel-jyu as souvenirs at the end of the meal. I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again.
