"Chukichi Honten" opened on December 11, 2019, in the Higashi Ichiba market. It also operates a separate business specializing in abura soba, packed with know-how related to food and a keen eye for quality. Since its opening, it has upheld the concept of being a place that anyone can easily drop by.
