Stylish monja at Shibuya Scramble Square
Moheji-san, a monjayaki restaurant on the 12th floor of Scramble Square that my friend said serves delicious and gorgeous monjayaki (^-^)
The concept of the restaurant is French cuisine with monjayaki, and what is clearly different from other monjayaki restaurants is the variety of monjayaki dishes and the gorgeous toppings such as lobster and truffles. The side menu also includes crab, Yonezawa beef, foie gras. Foie gras. The albacore menu is full of gorgeous items!
I had a hard time deciding on the monjayaki, which I thought looked delicious after reading other people's postings: pescatore monja + shrimp. I saw other people's post and decided to have pescatore monja + prawns. I decided on raw sea urchin!
The waiter cooks the monja right in front of you, so it's easy and fun!
The monjayaki is carefully prepared to the point where the ingredients lose their original shape, and the rich seafood flavor comes together to form one delicious dish!
The Yamazaki 12 year old highball that I ordered with the monjayaki is a must!
We also had Yonezawa beef liver steak. Cod milt beignets with anchovy cream sauce. I was very satisfied with the high level of food, which was so stylish and delicious that I could not believe it was a monjayaki restaurant!
