Nepal's set meal Dal Bhat offers the genuine flavor with lentil soup, basmati rice, stir-fried vegetables, and achar arranged on the plate; butter chicken curry and cheese naan are also available. Items that evoke Nepal's street food culture, such as pani puri—fried dough into which spiced water is poured and eaten in one bite—and soup momo, are also highly regarded.

From the interior, unified by a calm decor that conveys the warmth of wood, the rich nature of Hakone unfolds beyond the windows. Staff from Nepal warmly welcome guests, creating an atmosphere that feels like being in a foreign country. Located about a 10-minute walk from Miyanoshita Station, near Tsutaya Ryokan, its tucked-away, hideaway location is also appealing as a place to stop by while strolling through the hot spring town.

Opened in early 2025 in Miyanoshita, Hakone Town, as the sister store of the hugely popular "Mama Papa Tandoori" in Odawara. In May 2025 it was featured on the TV program "Kaere Monday", and quickly gained attention as a new gourmet spot in Hakone. The unexpected combination of a hot spring resort and Nepalese cuisine became a talking point, and it is supported not only by tourists but also by local repeat customers.
