Rhubarbe, a galette and crepe store that has been loved for 17 years in Showa Ward 【Rhubarbe】 The store seems to be in the café category, but the interior is like a French restaurant, a mature shop♪ It was a nighttime visit, so it was the most moody day ✨. The name of the restaurant is "rhubarb". There is a vegetable with the same name and its stem is a unique red color. The curtains inside the restaurant are the color of rhubarb, which is also nice. Great atmosphere. I have eaten rhubarb before in jams and cakes, but it is very sour and unique! It is a vegetable with a strong character (Polish). We went to such a fashionable restaurant, From the moment I entered, I was enveloped by the background music, watching the flames of the fireplace and the serene lighting, I was ultimately healed. And then...! The galette is extraordinary. If you have never experienced galette, you may not be satisfied with any other galette once you debut here. I was very confused by the wide variety. From simple ones to luxurious ones with many ingredients. I was going to have a cup of tea, but the waiter recommended a glass of cider! I thought I would have tea with it, but the waiter recommended the cider. I had the cider. Non-alcoholic. Is it normal to order galette and cider as a set? It seems to be the norm to order galette and cider as a set. This galette is made with buckwheat, which grows well even in a region where apple trees are always planted and the soil is thin. This combination seems to have been the standard for a long time. The combination of the slightly effervescent and refreshing cider and the savory galette made me happy 🥺. And I thought I would regret if I finished with just the galette. I also ordered a crepe ^_^ Oh, I am alone. Alone in a cafe at night Galette and crepe! Bananas, nuts, raisins, whipped cream and caramel sauce. It was too gorgeous dessert crepe 🥺 I was really satisfied! I'm glad I ate two. Good decision! Now I want to go there for lunch as well. We visited just after opening. Anyway, it was cold. I couldn't take off my coat for a while because the fireplace was lit after the restaurant opened. The food that came out soon got cold. As a customer, I honestly feel that they should be warm during the cold season.
