<ぐでたまいすたー.名店初訪問> The main course is Gruyere of loin with bone Andouillette a sausage with offal! The loin gruyere is packed with meat and fat! It's a pig, but it's still very stuffy. Andouillette is a type of sausage with a strong offal aroma But I heard it's stronger in the real place. If you don't like it, you won't like it. I love offal, so I can't get enough of its unique aroma. The texture is also enjoyable! I visited Lauburu, which is one-Michelin-starred French restaurant in Omotesando, for the first time. ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿

<ぐでたまいすたー.名店初訪問> Visiting the very famous L'Oeuvreux restaurant in Omotesando in mid-March I have been curious about this restaurant since I read about it in the "Mere Old Man"! The blackboard with too many power word pork dishes on it is breathtaking! Despite my worries, I decided to try Country style pâté Throat meat and skin pate Chevre salad Warm pig's head and ear terrine as an appetizer. I thought it was a salad with chevre, but it was a pattern of cheese on a bucket with salad on the side! It was heated and filled with the aroma of chevre! The pâté was thinly sliced but tasted like meat. I dreamed of eating it as thick as a baumkuchen! The terrine was a collagen-rich combination of ear and head. The texture of the terrine is so delightful! I'm hooked! I visited Lauburu, which is one-Michelin-starred French restaurant in Omotesando, for the first time. ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿
