We offer Edo-style sushi made with rice and vinegar carefully selected by the owner, incorporating fresh toppings that reflect the seasons. In particular, the seasonal dishes use vegetables that are not grown in greenhouses, allowing you to enjoy rich flavors. The combination of brown rice and original caviar is especially popular as a luxurious dish.

The small interior with only 9 counter seats has a calm atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your meal while being close to the owner. It is a warm space where you can spend pleasant moments every time you visit. It is the perfect place to spend special time with your loved ones.

Opened 30 years ago, it is now run by the fifth generation of artisans. While cherishing the traditions built by each generation of artisans, their attitude of continuing to take on new challenges is the reason why they are loved by many people. The skills and passion that have continued since the first generation still captivate many food enthusiasts today.

Born in 1963 in Hokkaido. While working at the sushi restaurant run by his mother, he aspired to become a sushi chef; after graduating from a culinary vocational school in Tokyo, he trained at a sushi chain. After apprenticing at an independent shop, he was put in charge of a restaurant at age 30 and became its manager/owner at 36. Drawing on many years of experience and skill, he continues to serve authentic Edomae (Edo-style) sushi today.
