French prestigious! The supreme! This time, we report on Benoit, a French restaurant in Aoyama, Omotesando. The restaurant has a very high rating of 3.7 points on Eat.log. The price is also quite good. It's not the kind of place you can use casually. But anyway, I wanted to try it once, so I went. It is a study. It was my first time to go to a real French restaurant. I had no idea what was right or left, but I was guided to my seat. When I was a little intimidated, the staff in the hall, perhaps using the wood, gave me a quick explanation of how to order from the menu in a talk that made me laugh. It made me feel cared for. As for the all-important food, it is unquestionably good! This time we had the 3800 yen course, which included one appetizer, one main dish, dessert, and coffee (or tea). The amount of food is only two dishes, but it is very generous and will fill your stomach to the brim. The dessert "Mont Blanc" was especially agonizingly good! This is the real thing... This is the real thing.... Anyway, the real thing is bad. I'm going to be addicted to it. I was so comfortable that I found myself there for more than two hours. It's a great place. No doubt about it!

Bistro Benoit, Omotesando On Christmas Eve, we had a Christmas dinner course at Bistro Benoit in Omotesando, a bistro with twinkling lights. Take the elevator up to the 10th floor of the building, and you will find a reception desk where you can leave your coat and walk up the stairs. Next to the stairs, it is fun to see the kitchen through the glass! (The restroom is also on the 10th floor, so you will want to go to the restroom to see the kitchen for no reason.) Also, the side of the stairs is made of glass, so you can enjoy the night view outside. After toasting with a glass of champagne, we had a course of dishes served one after another. Each dish was elaborately prepared, just as you would expect from an Alain Ducasse restaurant. I had heard about this restaurant, but no dish was out of place, and I was convinced that it is considered the pinnacle of bistros. The contents of the course were Marinated scallops with leeks and black truffle Poiret of duck foie gras with beets and apples Lobster medallions and cabel falcy Roasted Wagyu Beef Loin and Bomme Anna with Bordeaux Red Wine Sauce Berry Granitaire Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse Tokyo Workshop The main course of steak was just perfectly cooked. Perhaps the best loin I've ever had. The sauce was exquisite, but it was also insanely delicious without the sauce. The price was Christmas price, so it was a bit expensive including the paired wines, but it still made for a wonderful evening. Thank you for the food 😋.
