The atmosphere is calm, with a counter, tables, and raised seating that make it comfortable. The grilled chicken skewers made from Mitsuse chicken have a variety of cuts, and the flavorful neck meat and other parts are irresistible. The rare grilled chicken breast pairs well with wasabi, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The signature tsukune (chicken meatballs) become even more delicious when mixed with egg yolk, enhancing the richness of the sauce and the meatiness, creating a delightful flavor. There is also Mitsuse chicken hot pot, where the clear broth pairs well with cabbage, white leeks, enoki mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and mizuna. The staff is efficient, providing attentive support for drinks and the hot pot tsukune, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
