"Akasaka Ichiryu Bekkann" is a Korean soup specialty restaurant that has been loved in Akasaka for many years. The signature dish, Seolleongtang, features a milky white soup made by simmering beef bones for a long time to extract umami. It is enjoyed without adding extra salt, allowing diners to adjust the flavor with table salt, making it gentle on the body and perfect for a meal after a night of drinking or late-night dining. Sorrontang...that's the only thing people come here for! It's open 24 hours a day, so I used to come here after a night of drinking 🙄💭This is the only place to go when you want 💓 delicious sorrontang and pancakes too 💫.
