[Tokyo Hiroo] The owner, Mizuki, transferred his shop in Gifu last September. He renamed the shop to 'Mizuzuki' and opened a chicken restaurant that incorporates the essence of Japanese cuisine from his training. From the moment it opened, it became known as a rumored new shop, and it was recommended by Chef Yamamoto from Haruyama and acquaintances, so I finally made my long-awaited first visit. ★ 6-23-2 Shirokane, Minato-ku, Tokyo, 1F Shirokane Hirokazu Mansion ★ 10,000-20,000 yen per person Course ◇ Chicken from Shamo breed, sashimi The saltiness is very well balanced. ◇ Shamo ◇ Chicken breast katsu, blue cheese The blue cheese adds an accent, and it was an interesting discovery that it surprisingly pairs well. ◇ Heart ◇ Tsukune (chicken meatball) It was fluffy, juicy, and very delicious.
