The okonomiyaki is fluffy and light, packed with ingredients, and the batter is modest. You can choose whether to include eggs or not, allowing you to enjoy it according to your preference. The monjayaki is also fragrant, and the time spent cooking it is enjoyable. The fried rice is prepared efficiently on the teppan, and it's nice that the staff pays attention to the cooking level.
