Our original recipe craft beer, Dark Lager, 5.5%. This black beer uses 540L of special brewed house beer lager yeast from Numazu Craft. It is light and has a very pleasant aroma. With a hint of acidity and a chocolate-like finish, it is an easy-to-drink lager beer.
Product Description: Authentic taste, Hiroshima-style oyster okonomiyaki. Made with 4 oysters, Kujo green onions, pork, egg, boiled noodles, cabbage, and a thin batter, finished with Otafuku sauce, mustard mayonnaise, and aonori. The noodles are Hiroshima-style fresh noodles.
A local specialty from Miyoshi City, Hiroshima, Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. The noodles are a special type developed by Egusa Noodle Factory, infused with chili pepper. The sauce that accompanies it is a spicy special sauce made by Mouri Sauce, which also produces Carp Sauce (for commercial use only). Surprisingly, the spiciness of the sauce balances the heat of the noodles.

All the ingredients inside, including noodles and cabbage, are steamed with Hiroshima-style spicy sauce, chili peppers, walnuts, and meat, then finished with a thin layer of egg and topped with spicy Carp sauce. This is a very spicy okonomiyaki, suitable for those who love spice. Please enjoy it without mayonnaise. Not recommended for children.
