Sushi restaurant in Sannomiya, Kobe, Japan I had heard a rumor that there was a sushi restaurant in Kobe that was very particular about their sushi. When a friend of mine heard about it and went to visit, she said it was amazing! I wanted to go there with everyone! I had no idea what to expect, and I didn't make any effort to go. I didn't have to make any effort to go...thanks to my friend! Josuke The place is about a 15 minute walk from Sannomiya station, just up the hill from the Peanut Hotel. The time is in two parts, with the second part starting at 8:30 p.m. I wrote that it is possible to take pictures of the restaurant and the food, but not to post them on the Internet. So this time, I will not take pictures, but only upload my notes. Without pictures, I think it's hard to understand my explanation, so please just get a feel for the atmosphere. I don't get to go to this kind of restaurant very often, so I'm writing this down to commemorate the occasion. The dish was the omakase (special) menu priced at 15,000 yen. Let's start with the appetizers! ◾️Makogarei (flatfish), moist, moist, and moderately firm! It tastes like it has been marinated in something! ◾️Katsuo bonito, served with raw shichimi ◾️Hamaguri no dashi chawanmushi (steamed egg custard with clam soup stock) ◾️Akamutsu konbu jime - fatty and melts in your mouth! ◾️Ankimo is light, fluffy and creamy. The owner never reveals what it is, so you have to wonder what it is. The way he serves the fish is one of his specialties! ◾️Sushi rolls Luxurious sushi roll with conger eel and sea urchin! ◾️Tamago (egg) like a dessert! Before going to the restaurant, I had heard that there are different tastes in the owner's service! I was in the pole position this time, and since I didn't take any pictures, I had to watch people's movements more than usual, which made me very nervous! I can only say that his dedication to sushi was amazing, with 15 hours of preparation and 1 hour of sleep! It was wonderful! However, on my first visit, I was not able to enjoy the space yet, and I had a lot of thoughts about it. The food was so good that I didn't care about those things, but I guess I'm still inexperienced! However, the sushi was excellent! When my companion asked what kind of nigiri he was eating, Josuke replied with a straight face, "It's sushi. We all laughed at the exchange, which really showed off his character.
