This is a restaurant where you can enjoy the flavors of the Tohoku region all at once, and every dish is exciting. The sashimi is very fresh, and you can particularly taste the umami in the sanma (mackerel pike) and buri (yellowtail). They also offer iburi-gakko (smoked pickled daikon), deep-fried tofu, and beef tongue, making it fun to combine and eat them. The braised beef tendon and kensaki-yaki (grilled fish) are also satisfying, and they pair perfectly with sake. It's also delightful to have well-chilled draft beer and high-quality sake served. The counter seating is spacious, allowing you to relax and enjoy watching the cooking process.
