We use carefully selected domestic Wagyu and offer rare cuts and special beef grilled over charcoal. With a diverse menu including Wagyu tongue, harami, and hormone, you can fully savor the deliciousness of the meat. Born in Gunma Prefecture in 1993. At 19, he began training at the yakiniku restaurant run by his father, thoroughly learning his father’s techniques from procurement to cooking. After five years of study he was entrusted with Niku Doraku and became a “meat master” with a reliable eye and knowledge to judge everything from pork and offal to high-grade Wagyu beef. With an uncompromising attitude, he continues to provide visitors with high-quality meat.
