With Mediterranean salt and Sicilian olive oil
Our pizza is made with Hokkaido wheat flour, water, and Sicilian salt yeast, kneaded and fermented for a long time to create the dough, which is then baked at over 400 degrees in a wood-fired oven sent from Italy. We are particular about using domestically produced wheat flour, resulting in a dough that is chewy yet melts in your mouth, with a gentle sweetness. Additionally, we use mozzarella sent by air from the Campania region of Italy, sweet tomato sauce, and fragrant organic oregano from Sicily, making each ingredient carefully selected for our pizza. Please enjoy the various unique pizzas we offer!
