This is a long-established tsukudani shop founded in 1913, and it has a sense of trust. Inside the store, there are many domestic, additive-free ingredients, seasonings, and vegetables, making it a pleasure to look at. The raw shrimp has a fluffy texture and a strong flavor that makes it hard to stop eating with rice. The shirasu walnuts have a crispy texture with a modest seasoning that pairs well with the walnuts. The chirimen sansho tsukudani has less moisture and crumbles easily, allowing for a mild taste to enjoy. It seems they also offer organic ingredient bento boxes, which is a delightful selection that is gentle on the body.
