Inside the restaurant, you can hear Chinese being spoken, and you can feel the authentic atmosphere. The touch panel allows for quick selections, making the ordering process very smooth. The simmered white fish and Sichuan pickled mustard greens are served steaming hot, and the combination of dried tofu and vermicelli enhances the flavor. Adding rice to the soup and eating it like a porridge provides even more satisfaction. The cumin-scented lamb on the iron plate is enjoyable both in sound and aroma, with the tender meat pairing perfectly with onions and garlic sprouts. The Sichuan-style braised pork liver includes cabbage, bean sprouts, and konjac, and as you eat, the spiciness increases, providing a pleasant stimulation.
