The owner has a background of studying at the well-known sushi restaurant Sushi Sakai, and later worked as a master chef at Gao Aito. The owner mainly uses fish from the Kyushu region, and offers handmade sushi made with ingredients selected from all over Japan. The owner's deep knowledge and skills shine through in his sushi, providing visitors with a fresh taste and pleasant dining experience.
