We went to the second branch of Jinzo, an udon restaurant that opened on May 29. ●Meat tamashoyu and chicken tempura (690 yen + 180 yen) Udon noodles were served cold. First, the egg in the center of the dish was broken up with chopsticks to mix well with the ingredients and noodles, and then gorged with black pepper on the tabletop. The pork and green onion tasted good! And the noodles are so slippery and shiny, and the elasticity is so great that my jaw gets tired. The chicken tempura has a thin batter and the meat is juicy. The crunchy texture of the thin batter is just the right accent when added to udon noodles. Perhaps because it has only been open for a short period of time, the restaurant was calm, but office workers in the area were delighted to know that Uchisaiwaicho, Shimbashi, Toranomon, and Kasumigaseki are also accessible from the four stations. It is only a matter of time before this restaurant becomes as popular as Daimon.
