The fish dishes are abundant, and each one is impressively delicious. The horse mackerel marinated in vinegar has a good balance of acidity, and the flesh is tender and infused with flavor. The liver of the flathead sole mixed with sauce has a combination of sweetness and richness, making it rich yet refreshing on the palate. The grilled squid has a chewy yet soft texture, perfectly complementing the aroma of the seven-spice citrus sauce. The grilled conger eel is fluffy and falls apart, with the pepper adding a nice kick that enhances the sweetness. The lunch comes with plenty of small dishes, and the rice cooked in a clay pot is delicious, and I appreciate the thoughtful gesture of refilling the tea.

The hot stone pot rice is served in the pot itself, which is a delightful presentation. The main fish dish comes with four small side dishes and miso soup, allowing for a well-balanced meal. The simmered hijiki seaweed and komatsuna, as well as the vinegared spaghetti squash, are all prepared with care. There is a variety of dishes from raw items to fried and simmered fish, and each one is satisfying. Any leftover rice can be wrapped up for you, which is a thoughtful gesture. The aroma of the tea is pleasant, and the refills are frequent, making for a comfortable dining experience.
