Located in downtown Umeda, we enjoyed hijiki quiche and white wine while chatting with the master, Mr. Nishi, in the stylish restaurant, which is suitable to be called a hideout for adults in a corner of the city. The spacious interior can be used by groups, and even a single woman can casually visit. In the nice and calm atmosphere, we had a business meeting with the owner while enjoying the background music of the piano in the restaurant. We cooled off the hot day with a glass of Spanish sparkling wine, chose an Australian white wine, and enjoyed a variety of topics. Finally, we enjoyed a Pinot Noir from the Jura region of France, which was singularly enjoyable. The conversation between us and the owner was exquisite and very comfortable.
