I stopped by casually and was excited to see a wide variety of lunch options. I was happy that the appetizers like bean sprouts and kimchi that come out first can be refilled. The miso stew I ordered as the main dish had a deep spiciness, with the flavors of shellfish and vegetables thoroughly blended in. The unique texture of the sea squirt especially added an accent, making it hard to stop drinking the soup. The sashimi of aged flounder and sea bream that I enjoyed together was also firm, and wrapping it in a leaf and dipping it in sauce was the best. When I took a big bite of the thickly sliced grilled pork belly, the juiciness made me smile involuntarily, and I was completely satisfied until the end.
