Located a short walk from the shopping street in Nakameguro, it has a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to enter. A stylish counter is lined with sake, allowing you to relax and enjoy even if you're alone. The homemade udon is chewy, with just the right softness and elasticity. The dashi first brings out the umami of the kombu, followed by a gentle spread of the flavor of niboshi, resulting in a clear taste. There are also freshly fried tempura, sashimi, and seafood bowls, making it convenient to use as a tavern at night. You might encounter cream udon with sea urchin or tempura of shirako, and the interactions inside the restaurant are enjoyable, allowing for a pleasant experience.

This is a shop located at the end of the shopping street from the station. The noodles are bouncy and have a good chewiness. There are many varieties such as bukkake, kama-tama, and mixed udon, making it fun to choose. The combination of mentaiko and egg is rich and blends well with the noodles. A quick drizzle of oyster sauce from the table enhances the flavor even more. You can also enjoy rice dishes along with the udon, and the sea urchin, raw egg, and salmon roe rice pairs perfectly.

It is located in a shopping street and has a very comfortable atmosphere. It is a bit far from the station, but I can understand why it is popular. The udon has a smooth texture that goes down easily, and the chewy consistency is pleasant. The large chicken tempura has a light and crispy batter, while the inside is tender and the flavor spreads as you chew. The broth for the kake udon has a clear taste, with the umami of kelp and the elegant aroma of dried sardines that comes later. The daily seafood rice is also fragrant with sesame soy sauce, and I was satisfied with the careful cooking of the rice.
