This set includes our signature dish "Hakata Motsunabe", the most popular side dish "Tender Beef Sumotsu" made from rare parts of beef, "Oyama's Special Hakata Mentaiko", the finest "Assorted Three Kinds of Horse Sashimi" directly from Kumamoto, the home of horse sashimi, and "Raw Texture Wagyu Yukke" which is made through a two-step sterilization process to ensure a safe and secure texture close to that of raw food, as well as noodles to finish. The set menu includes "raw texture wagyu beef yukke" and noodles to finish off the meal.
