The fried skewers are crispy and light, with a wide variety that are all delicious. You can feel the attention to detail in the batter and oil, and you can keep eating as many as you want. There is a sauce prepared for you, and it's fun to change the flavor with salt or shichimi. The charcoal-grilled skewers are also fragrant and juicy, especially the chicken thigh, which was impressive. There is a rich variety of lemon sours, and the menu provides guidelines for strength and sweetness, making it easy to choose. The calm interior has tables, a counter, and a terrace, and the staff is friendly, making it a comfortable place to be.
