The manager, Mr. Horikawa, is from Niigata and started his culinary career at the age of 22. After experiencing a wide range of genres such as Asian cuisine, Italian cuisine, and Japanese izakaya, he worked at "Motsun-yaki Shiotaya Niigata" In 2018, he moved to Fukuoka's Shirokane branch and took over the business in around 2020.
