Hegi Soba Kon Takadanobaba

Hegi soba, a specialty of Ojiya in Niigata Prefecture, is characterized by its unique texture and aroma, created using cloth seaweed as a binding agent. You can enjoy its rich flavor along with a homemade soba dipping sauce made using a secret recipe. It pairs excellently with local sake from Niigata and various side dishes, enhancing your dining satisfaction.

The interior has a calm atmosphere, and the tables by the window are partitioned to ensure privacy. The slightly dim lighting is comfortable, allowing for a relaxed time. There are also counter seats where you can enjoy your meal while conversing with the staff.
