The signature pork chop has a slightly curry-flavored batter, and the size of the meat is substantial, making it satisfying to eat. The accompanying soup is infused with the sweetness and umami of radish, bringing happiness from the very first bite. Dishes like shrimp fried rice and radish cakes are also richly aromatic, with an excellent balance of texture and flavor. It's delightful that when you consult the owner, she quickly serves a dish arranged with that day's handmade ingredients.
