The moment I opened the package in the underground floor, the aroma of crab wafted up, and my spirits lifted. The moistness of the shredded meat and the bouncy texture of the crab sticks created a delightful contrast, making the crab the star no matter where I took a bite. The vinegared rice was light and had a refreshing aftertaste, so I couldn't put my chopsticks down until the end. The rolls filled with shrimp, tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet), and kanpyo (dried gourd) had a well-balanced mix of ingredients, and adding a little soy sauce deepened the umami flavor significantly. The mayonnaise-flavored sushi was a bit of a junk food accent, and I enjoyed it like a snack. It's conveniently located right by the station, making takeout easy, and I was very satisfied to be able to enjoy delicious crab sushi on the go.
