The view from the upper floors is very beautiful, and my mood lifts the moment I sit down. A staff member carefully prepares the food from start to finish right in front of me, making it enjoyable to watch. The meat is slowly cooked and then finished over charcoal, resulting in a wonderful aroma, and I was amazed by its flavor and juiciness. Eating it simply with salt enhances the taste significantly; it is truly delicious. The fragrant handmade soba pairs perfectly with the eel and walnut sauce, making it an unforgettable dish. Including the playful little sweets after the meal and the hidden bar I was guided to, it was a memorable experience.
