I will never forget the impression I had of the natural eel on my last visit. When I asked if they had it in stock when I made a reservation, they replied, "Yes, we have it. My expectations were high. We started with an assortment of sashimi, and then enjoyed various dishes such as grilled natural eel, salted grilled eel, buffed sea urchin, and zuke of shrimp. The taste of the eel was outstanding, with crispy skin and plump flesh. I used to only eat grilled eel with sauce, but after encountering the shiroyaki here, I once again felt the potential of eel. I love the eel at this restaurant so much that I always order eel wherever I go. Overall, the food and wine are delicious, and the proprietress's service is excellent. I would like to visit again. The eel was the best I've ever had.
