It can be used for a light meal, as a second dinner, or as a wine bar. It is also possible to change to a course after your visit.
We will prepare the omakase course of the day, which will be a well-balanced meal that will allow you to enjoy our new concept of the restaurant and will incorporate a variety of seasonal ingredients! A la carte menu additions are also available!
5 glasses of wine pairing [total volume of about 280ml] starting with Champagne. The pairings are based on the food, but we will do our best to accommodate your preferences as well, so please feel free to ask us about it!

A full course meal using carefully selected ingredients and seasonal delicacies. We will pair 7 glasses of carefully selected wines (total volume of about 400ml) with each dish. From the champagne toast to the main dish, each dish will be paired with 50-60ml of wine in a wide variety. The pairings are based on the dishes, but we will do our best to accommodate your preferences as much as possible, so please feel free to contact us for more information. Fresh horse meat coarsely chopped and seasoned with aromatic vegetables, capers, pickles, mustard, and lemon for a refreshing taste. Perfect to accompany wine.
A rich sauce made with Pedro Ximenez (sweet sherry) served with crispy seared foie gras and tender cooked eggplant. The texture and slight bitterness of cocoa nibs add an accent.
A simple and elegant flavor finished with the umami of chicken and the saltiness of cheese, enjoyable as a snack with wine or as a meal's finale (truffle topping is also available).
Example of sauce: Grand Venour. A classic sauce with a subtle sweetness and deep umami made from red wine, cassis, spices, and pigeon broth. May be sold out depending on supply conditions.
One example of the sauce: Jus de Volaille. A rich yet clear and umami-packed sauce made by reducing chicken broth gently complements the flavor of the Wagyu.
Example of sauce: Lime-flavored beurre blanc sauce. A classic sauce made with white wine, shallots, and butter, layered with refreshing acidity and the aroma of lime.
Example of sauce: Jus d'Agneau. A classic broth sauce that concentrates the flavor of lamb, rich yet not too heavy.
One example of the sauce: Blood Orange Vinaigrette. A classic yet light arrangement of the traditional 'Duck and Orange' combining the sweet and sour notes of blood orange with a hint of bitterness, layered with the umami of duck broth for a classic yet light flavor.
The large size (serves 3-4) is available for 8,200. This is a popular dish that many customers come specifically for.
