Located in a quiet place, opening the door reveals a sophisticated space. You are led to a partitioned, calm room where you can relax comfortably. The cuisine is based on Japanese traditions, showcasing creativity with the flavors of the sea and seasonal ingredients. Each dish, from sashimi and thinly sliced preparations to hot fried items and fragrant grilled meats, leaves a lasting impression. The smooth steamed dishes and freshly cooked rice are also excellent, and you can enjoy the beauty of the tableware. The flavors are so delightful that they encourage you to drink more, and you feel completely satisfied even with the sweet finish.

The entrance is quiet, and it makes your heart race until you find it, but inside is a calm space. There are many creative dishes centered around Japanese cuisine, and you can feel how the flavors of the ingredients are layered and brought out. A dish featuring sea bass shaped like a flower, enjoyed with a broth and pickled shiso as a condiment, left a lasting impression. The fish and cuttlefish are served with a seaweed sauce rich in the aroma of the shore, and the more you chew, the more the umami spreads. The tempura oysters with a hint of smokiness are irresistible, making you want to enjoy some sake or wine. Even the final clay pot rice is prepared with care, making it a wonderful place where you can savor the lingering flavors.
