Da Cun Wu Chuan Shao Ju Jiu Wu - Shilin

Charcoal-grilled skewers (yakitori), carefully cooked over charcoal, are the signature dish. The menu offers a wide variety including salt-grilled salmon collar, large prawns with mentaiko (spicy cod roe), beef short ribs, and zucchini. Braised beef and a special hamburger steak are also popular à la carte items. The drink selection is extensive, with around 18 or more kinds of umeshu (plum wine), as well as sake and beer, allowing you to enjoy pairings with the food.

A standalone two-story wooden building whose all-wood interior evokes a Showa-era Japanese izakaya. Offers a variety of seating: bar counter seats, tables for 4–6 people, open private rooms on the second floor, and outdoor seating. The walls are decorated with Japanese-style posters and prayer wooden plaques, creating a warm atmosphere. Private bookings (charter) and private-room services are also available.

Omura Takeshi Group was founded in October 2012 with the Wanhua branch as its first store. The Shilin branch opened on March 29, 2014 at 255 Jihe Road. It currently operates multiple branches in Taipei and for more than ten years has attracted not only local customers but also visitors from the central and southern regions and from overseas.
