The focus is on sake, but there is also a selection of whiskey and shochu, making it fun to choose. The atmosphere is calm, and you can enjoy drinking leisurely while chatting with the staff. If you express your preferences, they will serve you the perfect drink, which is reassuring. I had interesting encounters with sake that has a slightly unusual acidity and shochu that has a hint of bamboo fragrance. The appetizers and side dishes pair well with sake, making it easy to keep drinking. Even if they don't have a particular brand, if you ask, they might be able to order it for you, making it a place where the more you visit, the more enjoyment you find.
