The interior is spacious and clean, creating a relaxed atmosphere where you can sit comfortably. The hot pot made with plump offal was impressive, with the flavors of soy sauce, miso, and salt each distinctly shining through. Even the final dishes of champon and zosui were well-infused with flavor, making it impossible to put down my chopsticks until the end. The sashimi of live squid was crunchy and sweet, and I was delighted when the remaining parts were lightly grilled, enhancing their aroma. The chicken sashimi, horse sashimi, and piping hot gyoza each had their own unique characteristics, with freshness and juiciness standing out, leaving me very satisfied. Coupled with the staff's attentive and warm service, it was a wonderful restaurant that made me want to recommend it to my friends.

We are absolutely confident in our flavor! You can choose from carefully selected 'motsu' which includes small intestines and a mix of Kyushu Black Hair Wagyu. The soup, inherited from a famous restaurant, comes in five varieties: salt, soy sauce, miso, spicy miso, and Tagawa's specialty tonchan. *Orders start from two servings. 1,680 yen and up.
