Sushi with a night view is quite good @Nihonbashi | Happy to eat good food♪ I want to eat sushi! I want to go to sushi! I was complaining that I wanted to go to sushi, and my friend invited me to sushi! I have so many kind friends around me, and I am so thankful every day! There is a restaurant that my friend wants to go to. I don't care where as long as I can eat sushi! I will follow you! Namba Sushi Shiori An Yamashiro Located about 5 minutes walk northwest from Nippombashi station. The restaurant is located on the 8th floor of CANALSIDESOEMONCHO It is rare to find a sushi restaurant on the top floor of a building! When you open the door, you'll see a full surface of glass The view makes you feel open and comfortable! Oh, look! You can even see Harukas! Inside the restaurant, there is a private room on the right, an L-shaped counter on the left, and another private room in the back. We went to the counter seats. Sushi is better at the counter, isn't it? Cheers! ■Champagne There was a glass of champagne, of course! Here it is! Fruity aroma and shwash~! Now, let's eat! Let's eat! There are three types of dishes. I made a reservation for the omakase nigiri (top) course for 12,800 yen. Vinegared mozuku seaweed and sashimi of sea bream Vinegared mozuku seaweed as an appetizer The acidity is mild and easy to eat! The sea bream topping is also kelp vinegared! Seasonal Vegetables Cheese curd with sea urchin Haririzuke (pickled radish) with salmon Cheese curd is a favorite of women because of its freshness and mildness. Nigiri from here on! Squid with salt and sudachi (Japanese citrus fruit) Barracuda Kampachi (yellowtail) sashimi of flatfish The rice is served with red vinegar. The acidity is round and each grain of rice is firm. The flatfish can be eaten together with engawa (fish ball), which means twice delicious at once! Marinated kensaki squid and sweet shrimp A beautiful bright blue plate. A collaboration of Japanese and Western cuisine with squid and shrimp in a fresh cream sauce! I was surprised to see a Western dish that I never expected to see! The nigiri started again! Horse mackerel Kinmedai (sea bream) Yuzu, salt Button lobster with miso and meat from the head on top ■Toro All the ingredients are large, is that why the rice also feels large? I'm glad that the sea bream is my personal favorite! The salt and yuzu aroma is softly fragrant The botan shrimp is so sweet! Topped with the miso and meat of the shrimp head! My mouth is full of prawns and I'm so happy! Steamed egg custard with crab sauce The ankake is poured over the top so it stays warm for a long time! Crab meat in a gentle starchy sauce Gingko nuts are in the sauce! As an adult, I realized how delicious ginkgo nuts are! Thank goodness! Buff sea urchin, salmon roe Two kinds of small bowls The buff sea urchin had no bad smell or bitterness, and the salmon roe had a nice saltiness. The salmon roe has a nice saltiness. It's nice to be able to eat it this way! Fried shrimp and lotus root The crispy and light batter is made from the plumpness of the shrimp and the fibrous texture of the lotus root! Pear compote, jellied pear, ice cream Pears are in season now! The compote makes them moist and smooth! The omakase course consists mainly of nigiri (hand-rolled sushi) rather than ates (appetizers)! The tempo is a little fast, so you can fill up at a good speed! They also have some sake that is not on the menu, and my friend enjoyed it a lot! After all, I want to eat sushi every once in a while! Enjoy delicious sushi on the top floor of a building Trip to Osaka After a day of fun at Univa, here we are! Since Univa closes early this time of year, we decided to have dinner outside. Namba branch of the famous Michelin-starred "Shiori An Yamashiro" in Ginza, Tokyo. Sushi at a Michelin-starred restaurant makes me a little nervous! First, a toast with sparkling wine! Nigiri upper course (*Tsumami, *Nigiri) Sea bream konbujime 3 kinds of small bowls of cooked food (I forgot to take a picture!) Salmon with pickled radish Cheese curd with sea urchin Matsutake mushroom with potherb mustard Engaa Bonito with bonito and shimada fish Shimadai Horse Mackerel Seared Spanish mackerel Marinated ☆ sweet shrimp and squid with caviar Sea bream Kampachi Kinmedai (sea bream) Chutoro (medium fatty tuna) Steamed turnip Salmon roe Sea urchin Myoga and cauliflower Fried egg Tekkamaki Steamed sushi with eel Deep-fried lotus root ☆Mushroom and sake soup Dessert Milk pudding We had a lot of dishes and we were full!　Each sushi is small and easy to eat even for women! I love matured and moist ingredients, but I also love this fresh ingredients. The chef was very friendly and talked a lot about sushi and Osaka, so I was able to relax and enjoy my meal! The terrace seats offer a great view of the night skyline, so it's a great place for a date night. I had a great time with him! Thank you so much for the food!
