The fresh sashimi of meat was very impressive. The freshly made dumplings had a great texture, and the flavor spread with every bite. The stir-fried liver and chives had a pleasant texture, making it irresistibly delicious. As expected from a restaurant specializing in offal, the quality of the beef tripe sashimi was also high and satisfying. Since karaoke is available, everyone can enjoy it after the meal. The drinks arrived promptly, allowing for a pleasant experience.
