The menu consists of only one type of food, omakase. The owner adjusts the amount of food according to the customer's physical condition and the progress of his or her appetite. The appetizer is a perfect plate of abalone, smoked salmon, and meat sashimi, all served on a large plate. The highlight of the meal is the main course of Omi beef steak. The meat is perfectly cooked. The timing of the dish and the service of the owner were perfect, and the course content was well calculated. The price is over 30,000 yen per person including a full bottle of wine, but the satisfaction is more than worth the price. This is the best steakhouse in Japan in my opinion, and I can't wait to go back and work hard.
