No photography allowed! On this day, after visiting the opening of Bread, Espresso and UTSUBO FACTORY Let's buy a cake at our favorite Les Gouttes and go home for lunch! There are so many stores around Utsubo Park, so you have a wide range of choices! My partner requested something light! That's right! There is a Michelin-starred restaurant around here! masa soba cutter Next to the south side of Utsubo Park is Restaurant Difference, also a Michelin-starred restaurant! Renovated from an old private house, the black and white color scheme is very refreshing. The door is cool and austere with age. It was after 1:00 p.m. on a holiday when we visited, and there was a wait for one group, so we got in line too... After waiting for a while, we finally entered the restaurant! Inside the restaurant, there are only tables, and the tables and chairs are made of tasteful wood. What do you want to order? I ordered Tenzaru Soba, black My partner ordered one white and one black colander soba.
