The soy sauce has a deep, deep flavor @Tenma - Happy eating good food! I go to Imamiya Ebisu every year, but this time I went to the nearby Horikawa Ebisu, so I wandered around in front of Tenma Station to fill my stomach a little before going there, The restaurant is located in Tenjinbashisuji shopping street, about 5 minutes walk southwest from JR Tenma station. The restaurant has 10 seats at the counter and one table for 4 people. The owner of the restaurant seemed to be working alone on that day, and told us that it would take some time to find another place to eat. The menu consists only of soy sauce ramen! Blended soy sauce: 650 yen, Seafood soy sauce: 680 yen, Burnt soy sauce: 650 yen I chose the Kaisen Shoyu! I chose the Kaisen Shoyu! First, my companion's blended soy sauce arrived ■Blended soy sauce: 650 yen The soup, slowly simmered with chicken broth, was clear and beautiful. Seafood soy sauce: 680 yen This soup is also beautiful, but even though it has the color of soy sauce ramen, the flavor is surprisingly light and the corners of the soy sauce have been removed, making it very smooth and mild. The noodles are straight and smooth, with a nice texture. The pork chashu (pork belly) was tender and tasty, not too much seafood, but I liked it! I wonder if the restaurant was suddenly closed today. Or is it because they are short-staffed? I wonder if it would be easier to use a ticket machine in such a case.
