Tokushima to Kyoto entry What to eat🤔 I had researched the set meals available at Nishiki Market in the morning, but there's still time... So here we are! Famous restaurant open from 5am! I went there a little after 6:00 a.m. and there was a wait of about 15 people! People from all over the world were waiting in line 😁. Thank goodness they open early in the morning 😁.

Taste the original Asahi Takabashi ramen at Taku-Men! This time, I ordered Taku-men to refrain from eating ramen noodles from the original Daiichi Asahi Takabashi Honten. The ramen here was right on the money, low water content noodles made by Kondo Noodles in Kyoto with the aroma of wheat! The "Seiyu Soup", which contains only the umami of pork bones before they become muddy, is blended with Kyoto's long-established "Gokou Soy Sauce" to create a refreshing soy sauce soup made only with Seiyu Soup and Gokou Soy Sauce! Even the firm and refreshing pork loin chashu pork cooked only with soy sauce was just the way I like it! For toppings, I used Kyoto Kujo leeks, which I bought separately and which are also used in the main store, and they went perfectly with the soup. I'm looking forward to seeing which famous ramen restaurant will deliver frozen ramen noodles to my doorstep next. （Negi ramen) Negi ramen is so good. Drink the soup completely. The best time to visit is around 5:30pm.

Breakfast in Kyoto Kyoto "Daiichi Asahi Takabashi Honten Mini Ramen I'm going on a two-day trip to Kyoto and Osaka! I arrived at Kyoto station at 8:00am and went to this place! I didn't expect to see a long line in the morning lol! It took about 15 minutes to get in! My order went through first, so I got my bowl of ramen relatively early! Take a sip of soup! If you like Iekei, you'll love the taste! It has a good richness, but not too thick! The noodles are straight and smooth! Toppings are pork belly chashu pork, bean sprouts and green onions! Simple but not boring! Morning ramen is good! Thank you very much for the breakfast! Now we're off to Osaka to eat and walk around.
